As I read the verse, it is about the plan to go to some place to serve God by sharing the gospel and save more souls. But before going to the plan, he will go first some other place to do same to save more souls. He exactly planned it well the way he will do the action and the possible things that might happen. Indeed, he claimed that everything will go through and that nothing is impossible to God. This is the same as my personal plans that I have. It seems that it is a reflecting story that God showed me as a guide for the fulfillment of it. I have plans for plant a business in my hometown, I had already planned the place, the look and everything as a whole. I had also made the 'stairway' plan for that to accomplish. And I am actually starting to put it on action. But what God tried to tell me here is that I should always seek Him for guidance, strength, prosperity and others at first thought upon finished reading for the first time.
